Eggplant - Ping Tung (4" pot)

Eggplant is a must have for the Florida gardener. They can even be perennial. They Thrive in our summers and tolerate our winters. Eggplants will surely give you plenty of food! Because Large traditional varietites are harder to grow, we opt for asian varieties and smaller varieties.

Ping Tung one of our favorites for flavor and ease of growing. Shiny deep lavender fruits can grow to 2 x 11 in. and longer. Disease-resistant variety and high yielding, producing over 20 fruits per plant. Excellent flavor, can be harvested at nearly any stage without being bitter, taking the guess work out of when to pick.
