Pepper, Hot - Thai Red Chili (4" pot)

Thai red chili, also known as bird's eye chili, is a small pepper with a fiery heat and distinct flavor that's commonly used in Thai and other Southeast Asian cuisine. Thai chilis are smooth and bright green when immature, then turn a vibrant red when fully mature. They measure 100,000 to 250,000 Scoville units (heat scale), which is on the lower end of the habanero range. 

We have found that hot peppers do very well here in Florida. The tolerate the florida summer well and suffer a bit through the winter, but usually bounce back just fine once spring hits. It wouldn't hurt to cover on a true frost night. Many hot peppers can live a few years.
