Spinach - Chijimisai, Asian Green

Although more closely related to bok choy, this is the absolute closest thing you can get to true bloomsdale spinach when the weather heats up. (we only have a one month window in winter to sow bloomsdale here in Florida and it does not do great) Chijimisai Looks, tastes, and cooks just like spinach but it is much more tolerant to our heat. Most years we succession plant starting in september and will be harvesting until the end of June!
